Ayurveda:
Ayurveda assesses the relative state of balance of the totality of a person’s different physical and mental sub-systems amongst themselves and in relation to that person’s life environment, to reach a comprehensive understanding of his/her current state of health. Ayurveda reaches the root cause as well as establishes the pathway by which the illness manifests itself (roga samprapti) and reverses the disease along this pathway and thereby achieves good health in the whole person. But reaching the root cause diagnosis is obviously not enough. Ayurveda to be effective for the whole person must be rendered as an integrated prescription (one or more) of Diet-Lifestyle-Medicines-Treatment customized to each individual.
Unani:
The unani system addresses whole health considering illness as a event serving to cleanse , purify and balances us on the physical ,emotional , mental and spiritual state of well being.
According to unani medicine theories the diseases can be kept at bay by the use of clean and fresh water , breathing clean air and consuming fresh food. Likewise a balance should be maintained between the mind and body so that the metabolic process can take place easily and the body waste is evacuated.
Homeopathy:
When a person becomes ill, it is the whole that is sick: body, mind, spirit. The body manifests symptoms of illness but it is not the origin of the illness. Upon death, the physical body remains, but it is no longer curable. That which is curable, the ‘vital force’, has left the body. The origin of illness lies in an imbalance of the vital force. The symptoms expressed by the body, mind, and spirit are the manifestation of that imbalance. By matching the symptoms of illness with the appropriate homeopathic remedy, the vital force returns to balance. The symptoms disappear as the person heals themselves.
Yoga:
Yoga is not just exercise and asanas. It is the emotional integration and spiritual elevation with a touch of mystic element, which gives you a glimpse of something beyond all imagination.” One of the beauties of the physical practice of yoga is that the poses support and sustain you no matter how old or young, or fit or frail, you come to your mat. As you age, your understanding of asana becomes more sophisticated. You move from working on the external alignment and mechanics of the pose to refining the inner actions to finally just being in the asana.
Yoga has never been alien to us. We have been doing it since we were a baby! Whether it is the Cat Stretch that strengthens the spine or the Wind-Relieving pose that boosts digestion, you will always find infants doing some form of yoga throughout the day. Yoga can be many things to many people. We are determined to help you discover your “Yoga Way of Life!”
Siddha :
The aim of siddha medicine is to make the body perfect, imperishable and to promote longevity. For the healthy life, Siddhars have mentioned daily and seasonal regimen including dietary habits and also insisted some code of ethics. This is the first system to emphasis health as the perfect state of physical, mental, social, moral and spiritual component of human beings. Also Siddhars lead a simple way of life according to the laws of nature and beyond the narrow divisions of caste, creed, religion, colour and nation.
